Well hello everyone…..It´s good to be here in this vibrant community. I have browsed zaadz from time to time for the past six months and I am very inspired by what´s going on here.

My main reason for joining was to promote my website, which is yet another approach to helping the world. If  you´re  curious, please check out: www.mindstreaming.com.

I am from Nova Scotia Canada, where I discovered Buddhist meditation when I was still a teenager. There is no doubt that I was the only kid studying Buddhism in my highschool back then, but it´s likely today that there are a group of people doing it.

I am a Structural Integration practitioner, which is how I earn my living. I am an intense and passionate person, and I guess my personal life journey is about relaxing and chanelling my energy into creative activities. Building my website has been a wonderfull experience in that way - and in many others too.
